I moved to London a couple of months ago from Hawaii, prior to that I was in Seattle - 'tropical island casual' meets 'Seattle queer in tech' is functional but not exactly fashionable, and I've always been overwhelmed and a bit scared of shopping. During my initial consultation with Suzanne, she made me feel comfortable and heard. I met her for our appointment, and she had a number of items ready for me to try on, I didn't really know what looks I was going for and was very far outside of my comfort zone.
