I had a thoroughly enjoyable and productive Personal Styling day with Suzanne who had prepared exceptionally well beforehand, which meant we covered a lot of ground most efficiently. I had previously tended to stick to a narrow range of styles and it was very refreshing to have Suzanne to open my eyes and broaden my perspective on how to put together the right combination that suited both my age and body shape. I realised I had been completely bypassing some styles which were perfect for me. Suzanne's eye for detail and persuasive critique on each style tried was a real education in it's own right and has left me much more confident to make the right choices and purchases in future.

I never imagined that I would need or want the services of a personal stylist - I wasn't that sort of person... But I have a big new job and a trusted friend told me, very gently, that I needed to do something about my wardrobe, and she recommended Suzanne. I was quite trepidatious: as a lesbian who has always dressed rather unconventionally (and who wants to continue to do so), and who struggles often to find clothes to fit, I didn't expect working with Suzanne would be such fun, or so easy. But it has been a pleasure first to have my wardrobe 'detoxed', to have Suzanne's sharp eye on my existing clothes and her suggestions of many ways to put together items that I already owned, and then to go shopping together to buy an array of new outfits for the new job. Suzanne challenged me to try things on that I never would have touched, and quickly 'got me'.
