My Lockdown Fashion Inspiration

I don’t know about you but for me it has reached the time during lockdown that I am ready to see some new and inspiring pieces in my wardrobe. Something to lift my spirits, make me feel excited with the thought of going……… somewhere (anywhere)… and the thrill of getting back to a normal day’s work, in whatever way, shape or form that might be!It’s true to say I’m not a big online shopper myself, being that I’m in and out the shops most days, I love to trawl through the rails and see my options. Being able to feel the fabrics, inspect the small detail and try on different shapes and styles.

However, as we now go into double figures for the amount of time we’ve been at home, needs and habits must change to suit the times and online shopping has now become an exciting option for my own wardrobe.

After all I’m home all day to receive parcels, retailers are shut and I want some style fun! Keeping my current budget in mind I hit Zara.com and with an eager eye I made my choice and decided to create one whole outfit…….

This gorgeous cinnamon trouser suit, Top Shop white vest top and Fiorucci Adidas trainers have given me the perfect spring/summer outfit. I feel a renewed sense of excitement, optimism and wellbeing. In fact I felt pretty great and ready to take on another week of lockdown, but with the knowledge that I have something new and fun to wear for my first client in JUNE…….. YEY!!
